Get ready for January news

The year started brilliantly… or it was a step into a dystopian future, depending on where you’re standing in this discussion.

Last year, Elon Musk’s company, Neuralink, finally received the green light from U.S. regulators to start human trials of a revolutionary brain implant to treat intractable conditions such as paralysis and blindness.

Two days ago, the first human received a brain chip implant. The patient’s brain activity has been detected by a computer and they are "recovering well!”

And while it is a huge step in both technology and medicine, many ask: is this breakthrough a path to superhuman powers or an ethical nightmare? Will it be accessible only to the richest? Will I be able to order a pizza (and pay for it!) with just a thought?

Time will tell!

Speaking of time, it’s high time to announce that our AI assistant is now available for your customers! Here’s how it can help them:

The assistant is now available in Business and Enterprise plans for all agents using it in the app (by simply toggling the switch). However, we’re working on enabling it for the Team plan too, so stay tuned!

Starting in January, we've officially transitioned to operating under Text Inc.

It means the new company name will now pop up on invoices when making payments for our products or executing withdrawals from our program.

Pretty soon, you'll also start seeing more features that bring our products together as a part of our ambitious plan for automated customer service. Be prepared!

When you create a license for your customer, you can add more agents or admins to the account. The most important reason to do that is because the more people on the license, the higher the chance they will fall in love with our product (which, in turn, increases the success of your sales).

And now you can keep track of every invitation you've sent out and resend them as needed!

Our new "Users" section allows you to:
