This month, the tech world witnessed a captivating soap opera at OpenAI, a key player in the global AI revolution.
It all started with a surprising move: the company’s board fired CEO Sam Altman, who was then promptly scooped up by Microsoft. In a show of solidarity, OpenAI employees rallied, threatening to resign and follow Altman to Microsoft unless the board reversed its decision.
After several days of tense negotiations, Altman was rehired as CEO, seemingly resolving the crisis. However, the company’s reputation, investor confidence, and customer trust are now highly questionable.
This is probably a good time to highlight the importance of using secure and trusted external APIs. Just like ours! We might be boring (no drama!), but hey, we're stable and safe ;)
Speaking of in-house software that doesn’t rely on OpenAI – ChatBot’s new, powerful AI features are now released and available to use.
Your bot can now scan a given website to create a story (you can customize it later) and start providing accurate answers in almost no time!
How about testing it for yourself?
- Log into ChatBot (you can create a trial or request your demo account),
- Go to Chatbots > Add chatbot > Website
- Enter an url and hit “Continue”.
One more thing though; for now, AI Assist™ works for bots that operate in English. Check the article below and learn more about the new, better ChatBot!
Now, when you can get more value from ChatBot, it's the best moment to truly master it. To help you do that, we recently published a comprehensive "Guide for Solution Partners." It will guide you through the whole process of setting a bot on your customers’ website.

Recently, we introduced a new opportunity within the Solution Program and that’s lead submission. In short: you submit a lead and pocket $500 once the deal is closed!
To assure you that your leads will land in good hands, I asked Barbara Walas, our Account Executive, to tell me more about their sales process. Why do big customers tend to be “difficult”? What does the deal-closing process look like on their end?
