Tracking Performance of Accounts Created

Every account created in the Solution Program gets listed in the Solution > Licenses section of the Partner App.

In this section you’ll find the below details:

  • License ID - a unique number assigned to a particular account.
  • Managed by - information about who manages subscription payment: you or your customer.
  • Status - information about the status of a subscription, e.g. trial, expired trial, or paid.
  • Client - your customers’ details.
  • Created - the date when a subscription was created.
  • Product - which product is your customer using.
  • Credit card - information if it’s attached or not (added / missing).

Thanks to this information, you can see how your customers are doing and where your attention is needed.
