The process of creating trial accounts for LiveChat and ChatBot is quite similar. There are only slight differences that refer to license payment management, offer customization, and inviting additional people to the app.
In LiveChat, you choose whether you want to pay your customers’ invoices or if you want them to pay on their own.
What’s the difference?
If you pick yourself, you still get a lifetime discount and hide all the subscription details in LiveChat so your customer doesn’t see it. You’ll also be able to customize your offer by adding a discount or extending the trial.
Please note that customers pay for every LiveChat account that was created, even if the account owner doesn’t use LiveChat. In the reselling model, you pay for the seats only (you pay only for accounts that are actually used). It means that you’ll pay
If you choose your customer to manage payments, they will see the subscription details in LiveChat and it will be disabled for you in the Partner App. Going for such a scenario, you still can expect us to pay you a commission whenever a customer subscribes for a full version.
For ChatBot, there’s currently no option to manage your customers’ payments or to invite additional users to the app.
