From 2022, LiveChat utilizes the pay-per-user pricing model. Now, the time has come to unify pricing among all our licenses. Here’s everything about this change that you have to know.
On June 10th, all new LiveChat accounts created via the Partner App adopted a pay-per-user pricing model.
In the next step, we’re refining the pricing structure for LiveChat licenses distributed by resellers. As of August 11th, invoices for all your clients will reflect the revised pricing model, and they’ll be generated on the usual billing cycle dates.

Utilize ChatBot
In the pay-per-user pricing model, you no longer pay for a seat for your ChatBot. You only pay for active agents, not ChatBot accounts.
If you’re already using ChatBot, this means savings on ChatBot seats. If not, it is a great opportunity to try it out!
