How to transfer payment to your customer

You can take advantage of payment transfers when:

  • You plan to end your cooperation with the customer but they still want to use LiveChat.
  • You made a mistake and made yourself a payment manager.
  • You have some expired licenses under your profile and you want to give your customers another chance with LiveChat. Once you trigger the transfer, we’ll launch the 14-day trial for your customers again and give them another try with our software.

 

To transfer payment to your customer:

Go to Solution > Licenses section in the Partner App.

Enter the desired license by clicking on its ID.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit “Transfer ownership.”

Now, choose the new license owner from the drop down menu.

Re-enter your password and confirm the change by clicking “Transfer license.”

Once you confirm the transfer, we’ll send an email notification about it both to the new owner and to all agents on the license.
