Knowledge is power. That’s why we introduced the license history, allowing you to see and track the most important events happening on your customers’ licenses.
There are several events that you can track.
The status of the license
We track and let you know when exactly the license was created, when the trial version turned into a paid subscription or simply expired.
Subscription-related events
The app allows you now to track any changes made to the subscription during its lifetime, including:
- changing the number of users,
- switching the pricing plan or billing cycle,
- upgrading the credit card,
- closing or reactivating the subscription.
Tracking errors
We provide info about various payment errors and issues that might make subscriptions not work correctly. Thanks to that, you’ll be able to spot and fix problems causing your customers not being able to use our products to the fullest.

And how to find the license history? There are several ways to do that.
- From the Partner App dashboard, by clicking one of the report columns, choosing the particular license, and clicking the History tab.
- Go to Solution > Licenses, choose the particular license, and click the History tab.
